How map visitors count
A map visitor is one person who opens a published map on a given day, counted across all your maps and reset every billing month.
- A map never goes offline because of traffic: extra visitors bill on the next invoice, rounded up to the next 1,000.
- On Free, past 300 visitors the map stays live to the end of the month and we ask you to upgrade.
- You get an email at 80% and at 100% of your monthly visitors.
- Building, editing and previewing are free on every plan: only published maps count.
- Seasonal places pause the plan: the map stays as a draft and comes back next season.
- When extra visitors cost more than the next plan, the dashboard suggests Pro or Max.

Pricing questions
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Create your team, build the map and the program, and preview the live map on your phone for free. One small map can even stay live on the Free plan.
What if more visitors come than my plan includes?
The map is never stopped. On Pro, Max and Enterprise the extra visitors bill on the next invoice per 1,000; on Free we ask you to upgrade, and two months over in a row block the next publish until you do.
Do I pay all year for a one weekend event?
No. Take Pro or Max for the month of the event, then pause it: the map stays as a draft and comes back for the next edition.
How are visitors counted?
Each person who opens a published map counts once a day, without cookies, across all your maps. You see the same running count on the dashboard.
